Our Mission
Team Member Commitment
Temple of Light & Life is committed to creating a respectful, well-defined, and safe working environment. Every team member will receive a clear role description, appropriate guidance, and written boundaries for their responsibilities.
We will not ask team members to perform tasks outside their assigned role or place them in spiritual, administrative, moral, legal, financial, or professional jeopardy. Decisions involving legal, tax, financial, real-estate, credit, doctrine, contracts, property, banking, or official representation remain the responsibility of the Bishop and properly authorized, qualified professionals.
Team members may contribute to organized administrative, digital, communications, outreach, and executive-support work within their approved responsibilities. No team member may sign contracts, accept property, move funds, make binding promises, or represent the Temple as clergy, legal counsel, tax counsel, accountant, officer, or authorized signer unless formally appointed and authorized in writing.
We honor the freedom, dignity, conscience, and personal beliefs of every person who serves with us. Baptism, ordination, worship, spiritual study, and other faith-based opportunities are offered freely and are entirely optional. Where desired, baptism and ordination may be made available as voluntary entry-level ministerial credentials; they are never required for employment, compensation, continued service, advancement, or participation on the team.
This 90-day opportunity is designed as a defined part-time administrative development period, with clear expectations, fair compensation for approved work, practical training, and possible future opportunities based on organizational needs, available funding, reliability, and mutual agreement.
