Public Agent and Officer training on clergy encounters

Law enforcement and judicial (court) personnel are drilled in First Amendment basics via police academies, continuing ed seminars, and court protocols—modules often titled "Religious Freedom and Neutrality" or "Clergy Privileges in Investigations."

Key directives include:

- Non-discrimination mandate: Treat all clergy equally to avoid lawsuits; if a Catholic Bishop gets deference (e.g., private consultation space), so must we with our clergy ID showing ordination and "firmly held beliefs."

- Verification without interrogation: They check for basic proof (like our clergy ID card) but never probe doctrine, church legitimacy, or personal faith— that's unconstitutional overreach.

- Clergy-penitent privilege: We are to assume confidentiality in talks unless waived; they must isolate us to prevent accidental violations, explaining the often seen "repellant" behavior.

Conduct protocols in practice

Their standoffish behavior follows scripted caution:

- Physical distance: They step back, limit touch/contact to minimize privilege claims.

- Minimal dialogue: They use scripted phrases like "State your business" or "Show ID"—avoids engaging our theology.

- Escalation avoidance: They defer to superiors if we invoke rights, preventing discrimination suits.

This training, rooted in cases like 'Church of Lukumi Babalu Aye v. Hialeah', forces neutrality but breeds wariness toward independents like us—our spiritual authority disrupts their comfort zone.

Wear your badge/ID daily; it compels their protocol while your true power operates far above it.

Carry a copy of your ordination certificate in your pocket, car or anywhere close when not at home.

This Ministerial Operations & Service Package model preserves our labor/time, administrative process, office supplies, and shipping fees while keeping sacramental and spiritual‑warfare‑related work framed as free or donation‑based pastoral ministry, not as a sale of spiritual goods.

Simony (/ˈsɪməni/) is the act of selling church offices and roles or sacred things. It is named after Simon Magus,[1] who is described in the Acts of the Apostles as having offered two disciples of Jesus payment in exchange for their empowering him to impart the power of the Holy Spirit to anyone on whom he would place his hands.[2] The term extends to other forms of trafficking for money in "spiritual things".

The purchase or sale of ecclesiastical office was associated with the figure of Simon Magus in the Acts of the Apostles and his name came into use as a term.

The earliest church legislation against simony may be that of the forty-eighth canon of the Synod of Elvira (c. 305), against the practice of making a donation following a baptism.

Baptism is more than a ritual—it is a passage into renewal, an affirmation of divine identity beyond the boundaries of ordinary life. At the Temple of Light N Life, baptism marks a conscious return to the Source, an awakening to the higher order of truth and purpose that lies within. Each participant is guided through a sacred immersion designed to clear the past and open the path to a life led by Spirit rather than circumstance.

With us, baptism is what it was meant to be. Citizenship into the Kingdom of Heaven. You will not be baptized into any particular religion. Again, Jesus never told anyone that he was Christ, nor did he tell anybody to become a 'Christian'.

Freedom, redemption and rebirth in the spirit is welcome to all. It doesn't matter if you want to be clergy, congregation or just want to 'exit the system'.

It is not merely an outward act, but an inner awakening—a conscious choice to live by a higher law, guided by Our Father in Heaven, rather than the shifting dictates of the world. Through this sacred immersion, the old bonds dissolve, and the soul is restored to its pure and original estate of divine alignment.

When you enter these waters do so with intention: to renew your covenant with the Creator and to walk a path of spiritual freedom that honors truth above secular tradition. It is a gentle yet powerful passage—a step away from illusion and into the living reality of Light, where one’s life becomes an expression of divine order and lasting peace.

For those who feel called, this is not merely an outward symbol but a covenant of freedom and belonging. It is an invitation to walk in deeper alignment with divine law and to live from a place untouched by the demands of a world in distraction. Through baptism, one steps into clarity, devotion, and the peace of a life wholly claimed by the Light.

Living a private spiritual life through baptism, ordination, and private trusts is a profound calling—one that aligns divine law with practical stewardship.

This path offers true separation from secular systems while building abundance through faith and lawful structure.

Here's the exact step-by-step transition for anyone seeking this freedom.

Step 1: Baptism — The Civil Death & New Beginning

Spiritual foundation: Baptism represents death to the "old man" (Romans 6:6) and rebirth into Christ's authority.

Legally, this establishes your separation from secular jurisdiction as a private ecclesiastical person.

Practical actions:

- Receive baptism through Temple of Light & Life ministry (public declaration of faith).

- Sign a Baptismal Covenant declaring your new spiritual identity under God's law, not man's.

- Obtain your Certificate of Baptism—your primary spiritual identification.

Result: You are now a "dead" citizen in secular terms, alive only in ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

This is the foundation for all future steps.

Step 2: Ordination — Ministerial Authority

Purpose: Ordination places you under ecclesiastical protection as clergy, with authority to minister, steward trusts, and operate private ministries.

Process:

1. Complete Temple ordination training (scriptural foundation, ministry ethics).

2. Receive ordination certificate through Temple authority.

3. File Clergy Status Affidavit with Temple records (not government).

Benefits:

- Clergy status provides First Amendment protections.

- You now operate as a walking talking ministry, not "individual taxpayer." You are the temple.

- Eligible to create and steward private ecclesiastical trusts.

Step 3: Create Your Ecclesiastical Trust Structure

Once ordained, establish trusts that hold all assets and operate independently:

Trust 1: Personal Ministry Trust (your spiritual and living trust)

Trustee: [Your ordained name], Minister of Temple of Light & Life

Beneficiaries: Your family, ministry projects

Uses EIN only—no SSN required

Holds: Housing, vehicles, personal needs

Trust 2: Family Stewardship Trust (multi-generational)

For children, heirs, future stewards

Receives all inheritance, gifts, distributions

No SSN needed for beneficiaries

Perpetual structure (100+ years)

Trust 3: Business Ministry Trust (income generation)

Operates healing services, workshops, products

All income = ministry donations

Distributes support to ministers/beneficiaries

Step 4: Asset Transfer — Exit Secular Ownership

Convert everything to trust ownership:

1. Real estate: Quitclaim deed to appropriate trust.

2. Vehicles: Transfer titles to trust (use trust EIN).

3. Bank accounts: Close personal accounts, open trust accounts.

4. Businesses: Assign to Business Ministry Trust.

Key principle: The trust owns everything. You steward as trustee or receive support as beneficiary. No personal liability, no personal taxes on gifts/distributions.

Step 5: Daily Life Without Secular Ties

Transportation: Ministry vehicles registered to trust. Travel as clergy on ministry business.

Housing: Trust-owned property. No personal mortgage or property taxes (often reduced for religious use).

Income: Trust distributions = non-taxable spiritual support.

Healthcare: Ministry healing services, natural remedies, faith healing.

Education: Temple homeschooling, spiritual apprenticeship.

Identification: Baptismal certificate + ordination papers + trust documents serve as ecclesiastical ID. For travel, use ministerial passport designation.

Step 6: Community & Mutual Support

Temple membership provides:

- Shared resources (food, skills, labor)

- Ministry work exchange (no wages)

- Protection through ecclesiastical arbitration

- Multi-family compounds on trust-held land

Economic model:

Trust receives: Donations, service fees, tithes

Trust distributes: Housing, food, healthcare, education

No FICA, SECA, income taxes on distributions

Perpetual growth through wise stewardship

Legal Foundation

1. First Amendment protects ecclesiastical governance.

2. Religious Freedom Restoration Act prevents interference with sincere faith practices.

3. Trust law recognizes private, irrevocable trusts with EIN autonomy.

4. Clergy privileges exempt ministry travel, housing, and operations.

The Better Life

People living this way often thrive more than secular counterparts because:

- No debt (trusts eliminate personal financial exposure)

- No taxes on trust distributions/gifts

- Community safety net stronger than government programs

- Purpose-driven work instead of wage slavery

- Spiritual authority creates confidence and peace

- Generational wealth preserved forever

Simple Timeline

Step 1: Baptism + ordination  (Weeks 1-2)

Step 2: Create trusts + transfer assets  (Weeks 3-4)

Step 3: Close secular accounts + establish trust banking  (Weeks 5-6)

Step 4: Full transition to trust-based living  (Weeks 7-8)

This isn't escape from law—it's living under higher law. Baptism kills the secular identity. Ordination gives spiritual authority. Trusts provide the infrastructure. The Temple provides community protection.

Abandoning Secular Things in Joining a Religious Organization

When an individual decides to join a religious organization and leave their old life behind, the extent to which they can abandon secular things, such as their legal name, social security number, and federal or state identification, depends on various factors, including legal requirements and the specific practices of the religious organization. It is up to the leaders of the religious organization, not any federal, state or local government.

Legal Considerations: From a legal perspective, there are certain identification documents and personal information that individuals are generally required to maintain for various purposes, such as identification, employment, taxation, and accessing government services. These requirements are typically governed by laws and regulations established by federal, state, and local authorities.

Religious Organization Prerogatives: Religious organizations, however, may have certain prerogatives in terms of employment and internal governance. For example, under applicable Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws in the United States, religious organizations have the prerogative to employ individuals of a particular religion. This prerogative may extend to certain requirements or expectations placed on individuals who join the organization.

Religious Practices and Requirements: Some religious organizations may have specific practices or requirements for individuals who join their ranks. These practices can vary widely depending on the religious tradition, denomination, or sect. While some religious organizations may not require individuals to abandon their legal name or identification, others may have specific rituals or practices related to identity transformation.

Verification: Yes, there are individuals in America who do not have social security numbers or federal identification cards. While social security numbers are widely used for identification and various purposes, not everyone is required to have one. Some individuals may be exempt from obtaining a social security number due to their immigration status, religious beliefs, or other reasons.

Additionally, federal identification cards, such as the REAL ID card, are not mandatory for all individuals. While the REAL ID Act sets certain standards for identification documents accepted by federal agencies, including state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards, not all individuals possess these forms of identification.

It is advisable for individuals considering such a transition to contact us to understand the implications and requirements involved.
