I MUST clear up a few things about Private Trusts, because I heard it all before.

"I have a trust already" or "I can set up a trust myself from the internet" but the truth is YOU MOST LIKELY DON'T HAVE A PROPERLY SET UP TRUST AND NO...YOU CAN'T. Reason being that the Internet is PUBLIC and real private info is NOT ON THE INTERNET despite what many have been programmed to believe. Also, individuals that are operating trusts are under OATHS OF PRIVACY, so the information you REALLY NEED cannot be spoken of, written or typed. I won't go into how outdated most of that info is regardless of how recently it may have been published or posted. Now allow me to prove this by exposing the mistakes. First mistake is saying that you have a trust. It is RULE#1 not to ever say that you "have" a trust, so if nobody told you that or it wasn't on that website and not in that trust book you're being led into a trap. The whole point of setting up a trust is to NOT "have" or own ANYTHING! Next mistake is saying that you have "A" trust, because proper trust setup includes THREE trusts AT LEAST to operate efficiently and at all really. Third mistake is that there are ENDLESS species of trusts and most people that say they have trusts don't even know what species of trust it is. I am not referring to statutory, living, Irrevocable or any of that. I am referring to whether it's a family trust, business trust, land trust, gun trust, auto trust etc etc etc. A FATAL MISTAKE is being the Settlor of a Trust, then going to the bank to open a Trust account. The Settlor SHOULD NEVER SHOW UP AT THE BANK! If you were taught to do so or have done so, you unknowingly forfeited your privacy. Now let me talk about the whole EIN thing. There is a little known secret that I will not reveal here but the EIN number is so tricky that many people claiming they have private trusts actually have statutory trusts under U.S. jurisdiction NO MATTER WHAT ONE MAY THINK. So believe me people.... I KNOW WHAT I'M DOIN. ;) I COULD just enjoy the fruits of this knowledge, but that is the exact OPPOSITE philosophy of these very teachings.
