The Builder Challenge (5-5-5 Tempo) For: Beginners, teens, and those not yet ready for the full 10-10-10 intensity. Goal: Increase muscle endurance, build confidence, and prepare for advanced SMINT training. Frequency: 3 non-consecutive days this week. The Workout (Full Body each session): 1. SMINT Goblet Squats (use water bottle/dumbbell): 2 sets of 3 reps (5-5-5) 2. SMINT Incline Push-ups (on table/desk): 2 sets of 3 reps 3. SMINT Single-Arm Rows (use gallon water jug/dumbbell): 2 sets of 3 reps per arm 4. SMINT Plank Hold: 2 sets of 1 rep (hold perfect plank for 20-30 seconds) Success Metric: Maintain strict 5-5-5 tempo throughout. Focus on feeling the muscle working rather than rushing.
