42 US Code Section 666 – USC 42-666

1996 Congress enacted the "Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996" - Public Law 104-193, “which established the largest, most intrusive locating and tracking database system ever imagined by mankind.”

P.L. 104-193 provided that in order for the States to continue to receive "Child Support Program" and "Aid to Families With Dependent Children" federal funding the States must collect data on all productive members of society so that the information can be fed into a data collection system. The information will then be used to identify and locate the personal possessions and assets of any targeted delinquent parent.

Sec. 317, of the Act amended Title 42 U.S.C. 666(a)(13) to require that, as a condition to receiving federal funds States must "establish procedures requiring that the social security number of any applicant for a professional license, commercial driver's license, recreational license, occupational license, or marriage license be recorded on the application".

US Code 42-Section 666[1] requires Social Security Numbers to obtain almost any government documentation or ID or license according to: Title 42 USC § 666 - Requirement of statutorily prescribed procedures ... (13) Recording of social security numbers in certain family matters. Procedures requiring that the social security number of—

(A) Any applicant for a professional license, driver’s license, occupational license, recreational licenses], or marriage license be recorded on the application;

(B) Any individual who is subject to a divorce decree, support order, or paternity determination or acknowledgment be placed in the records relating to the matter;

This is to say that under the GUISE of the need for locating ‘dead beat dads’, the government HID their tracking, numbering and surveillance scheme. In short the government claims that they need EVERYONE to have a social security number and that ALL applications for ANY licensing, employment and/ or accounts require the social security number. Now you know which ACT is being used that allows them to track the movements and accounts of ANY ‘person’.

Important Note: In your own wording state that you have recently turned your life over to your creator and that it is your religious and/or spiritual belief that it goes against God’s Law to accept the Number of the beast or possess anything associated with it. Also, add any further wording you feel is necessary. (I say use your own words because if needed for defense in a court or by using the ‘administrative process’, internet templates are much less regarded than original documents. Handwritten is even better!)

Revelation 19:20 - And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
