Baptism & Becoming A New Creature:

2 Corinthians 5:17

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

You are simply being RESTORED to your former self.

Baptism is the death of your old identity, a man made identity, a fiction of law, a graven image, an illusion, an erroneous mental representation that you have been claiming to be.

And your resurgence from the water is a Revival and Resurrection from the dead.And your resurgence from the water is a Revival and Resurrection from the dead.

It is a Claim of Renascence. A second or new birth. A new beginning.

Your Civil Birth Certificate is also new Birth. Reborn of the issue date.

The date you authorized your Claim to Be.

THE BAPTISMAL CEREMONY

It has to come out of your mouth. A promise, an oath, can be enforced at law.

but what you say, your promise.It is not the ceremony but what you say, your promise.

The ceremony is the proof that the promise was made.

New contract-convenant.

It is a change in relationship.

Hence a change of identity.

Hence a change of name.

“To Be Called by and Known by the Name of God”

Everyone who changes their relationship to God is renamed by God.

After Baptism:

“You are under the judgment of God, not under your own judgments anymore.”

Allegiance: The tie or obligation of a subject to his Prince or government; the duty of fidelity to a king, government or state. Every native or citizen owes allegiance to the government under which he is born. This is called natural or implied allegiance, which arises from the connection of a person with the society in which he is born, and his duty to be a faithful subject, independent of any express promise. Express allegiance, is that obligation which proceeds from an express promise, or oath of fidelity.

New Coveant Vision of Kingdom of Yahuwah on Earth as it is in Heaven:

Purpose: To "come out" and be "seperate" (a. holy - find the definitions of the Old-hebrew Coveannt and New-Greek Covenant for this word. b. find New Covenant scripture to define this further - e.g. not to be double-minded, not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, not to make covenants with the heathen (and/or other 'gods'/kings/authorites/govts outside of the new Creation of the New Heavens/New Earth, etc.).

Goal: To build our 'mansion' in Heaven, on a solid-firm foundation, finding grace/redemption - i.e. a pardon, and come into our inheritance as adoped Sons of the Creator (of all life) so we might find life and life MORE abundant!... To become vassal kings, under the Peace-Treaty of the Prince of Peace, and be mindful of the 'oaths' we commit to thru death, burial and new birth of baptism into Covenant-Treaty relationship under our High Priest-King and learn to walk here on earth the Way he did.

When and where does it start? Now, whenever we begin repenting from all co-mingling of our lives with the world-order of the baal priests/kings who have offered up to us adversarial capture systems to put the inheritance of idolater's to work at usury as Creator's faithful prosecuting covenant chancelors/ministers/servants (see parable of the talents) to build up the inheritance for the 'meek' who are to inherit the earth.

What are some examples of the co-mingling we need to repent from? All corporate "citizenship", all suretyship (insurance, pledging, general deposits, unrestricted signatures, etc.), all churchianity of the Neo-Pharisees who have resurrected the physical 'temple' and levitical priesthood to 'organize' the idolaters away from New Covenant relationship with their Creator as self-governing kings and priests, etc.

NOW, come out from ALL Old Covenant idolatry (common law, legal, statutes, judgments, codes, etc... all for governing the 'dogs' outside the kingdom, those who do not practice "righteousness" (i.e. equity)...) and learn to walk as kings and priests in the world, without being 'of' it.

If we were to define a "Declaration of Status" for the "Living Heir" where would you start? How can you prove you are "alive"? What makes you an "heir"? Can you prove you have a Father that isn't a slave? Can you prove what can end "probate" of a U.S. (Govt) Agency (i.e. a Fiction of Law – aka the "ACCOUNT" - JOHN HENRY DOE 123-45-6789 )? Do you know how to get into a New Action (De Nova), under non-contentious probate (ex parte - prove there are no other 'heirs' (with priority) to the ACCOUNT)? Can you get into the Supreme Court (Chancery), sealed & private, under original jurisdiction that was secured by the "heirs" of the original Constitution (now held in trust in Nat. Archives)? etc..

These are just some of the few issues that proving "Living Heir" can do... and also answer WHY a simple Private American Citizen (as an 'heir' of the Constitution, at large 1791) has no 'inheritance' except for the rights won from England.. held in trust by that Deed of Trust… (See The Legacy Abandoned)

But the men who wrote the Constitution were not the owner of the property one voluntarily pledged as surety for an the borrowing of an Occupational Gov't... so how can just "PAC" status create a new Lawful Title deed to all “gifted” property under that former suretyship under a Spendthrift Constructive Trust?

Maybe we begin our ‘repentance’ as a living heir, by expressing two new trusts, that deal with the two entry points into U.S. Citizneship (i..e Cert. of Live Birth and SS Account) is a start... but who is the final 'beneficiary' of the 2nd private trust that has the sole right of inheritance... if NOT the Living Heir? But then what?

What are we 'coming into' when we enter into New Covenant relationship? A new Creation, as a New Man born in the image of the 2nd Adam (the Christ), into a "New Heavens and a New Earth" (spiritually discerned)

"SUMMARY" on Baptism:

The Bible clearly and unequivocally asserts the following about baptism:

* Baptism is a part of our salvation in Yeshua (Jesus’ given Hebrew name) the Christ. Mark 16:16 and 1 Peter 3:21

* Baptism is for the forgiveness of sins. Acts 2:38, 22:16 and Colossians 2:11-13

* Baptism is when the Holy Spirit indwells us. Acts 2:38

* Baptism is when we are added to the body politic/community (ekklesia) of Yeshua the Christ. Acts 2:41, 47 and 1 Corinthians 12:13

* Baptism is when we are born from above to walk a new life. Romans 6:3-4;

* Baptism is when we put on Yeshua the Christ. Galatians 3:27

* Becoming children of God (Creator/Father in Heaven) in Galatians 3:26-27 (if a son, then also an heir of God thru Christ… no longer a servant… in Galatians 4:5-9)

* Baptism is when our hearts are circumcised with the circumcision of Christ. Colossians 2:11-13

In practical terms, what should we be studying to achive this "coming out", "being seperate", and living this life more abundant the meek are supposed to inherant from the administrators, i.e. the adversarial covenant prosecutors governing those outside the Kingdom?

1. Covenants & Trusts and the 'righteousness' (equity) that governs them. What is the source of all 'law', and if that is equity (i.e. fair, just and right/righteousness) then how do we operate in Covenantal relationship under a New Covenant and use Trusts to create the seperation from all man-made "world orders"?

2. What it means to be an 'heir' of Creator? How does one become an heir of the Creator who granted all that was created as our inheritance to have dominion over? How do co-heirs create peace between themselves in fellowship for mutual benefit to create this "life more abundant?" IOW - how do we become "sons of God", and peacemakers in covenant with our Creator and brother priest-kings?

3. What is different between being heir with Creator and "living heir" of a private trust? The 'heir', to have the highest equitable claim, must first be in right relationship with man's Creator which begins with a reformation into a spiritually discerning consciouness... THEN from such foundation, man can create 'trust' with his fellow men to use the fruits of his inheritance from Creator to further the Father’s Kingdom, thru the Way shown us by the King of king here on Earth as it is in Heaven. How many ways can a 'living heir' thru these private trusts, always remain 'private' and seperate from the 'world' thru operating as grantee/grantor/agents to accomplish special deposits, from restricted seperate jurisdictionally contrained 'signatures' without suretyship, to move "commerce" without usury and debt... but to only forgive one's debtors (i.e. wrap up trusts and extinguish debt thru merger), etc?

4. How do we communicate with the "administrators" to correct the old records we made as the 'old unregenerate/idolatrous man' with our new confession/testimony recorded in the public (e.g. Dec of Status - aka Certification of Private Trust; Binding Fee schedule - aka securing one's fruit of the body and securing your borders over the 'living temple' (your body); DBA/Trade Name Certification - aka notice to the world of who the Principal/trustee is of the PRIVATE BUSINESS TRUST, and its agent/grantee/heir/subrogee??

5. Once we gain private appointment, what private/confidential/priority evidence can we bring to the the table to establish our equitable rights as true owner/beneficiary/heir?

Thoughts for coming together as family, ecclesia and ultimately as a seperate/holy nation under the New Covenant spiritual Kingdom of Creator:

Once our repentance is underway, correcting the public record... how do we come together as a jural society, an ecclesia for carrying out the Covenantal responsibilites of redeeming our families, neighborhoods and community?

"What status is there in the Bible"? for Private American Citizens? None. For Heirs? (see above) If only God makes the Heir... where is the "Deed of Trust" that defines what God's Will is that gives the requirements for an Heir to be made/adopted/justified?

There is no "private American citizenship status" in the Will of God, the Deed of Trust for Heirs...

"The people haven't rejected you, Solomon, but they have rejected Me as King over them... so give them a King like all the other people".

The Queen makes oath to honor the customs of the people... if it is the people's custom to make a Constitution and have someone 'preside' over them instead of God as their king.. then she is obeying God's command to Solomon...

That is what the U.S. of A Constitution did... but we called it a "President" (someone presiding until our King comes back)... where did our King go? Is God dead, missing? Like the heir is presumed missing? How not, if we haven't declared as such? Where is the Declaration by the Living Heir, that God made, by God's Will and Deed of Trust (Bible) which creates the "civil death" (to one's oaths to the U.S. Occupational gov't, all suretyships, abandonments to the Pope, etc)... where is the New Birth Certificate, born again out of the water and fire of a new renewing Spirit, after a perfect (2nd) "Adam" which created a New Life for a Son of God?

At BEST, the Declaration of Status via the CoLB and access to the SS Account is a REPENTANCE... for how one will USE these trusts by expressing an INTENT via a special deposit... to create a separation FROM the system/government of America. The Living Heir, only gives allegiance to the King in Heaven, Creator of all Property. American Government was only meant to be a servant to a faithful people who already had a King.

We never refer to ourselves, i.e. the living heir (the man/woman), as a "private American Citizen"... but only the Trust, as such, that we use as grantee/agent/subrogee... for interfacing with the American Gov't... with a domicile defined within the Republic as defined by the Constitution for The United States of America, at large 1791.

The living beneficiary of that trust, though, is NOT subject to such domicile... but is foreign to it... as a Citizen of Heaven... if one is truly a "Living" Heir, as defined by the Will of Heaven, the Deed of Trust of Creator.

In other words, only God Makes the Heir... and God's Will is defined in God's Word... not in Gibson, Bates, Scott, Lewin, Polmeroy, SCOTUS rules, Constitutions, etc... Those chasing “private American Citizenship have become guests on a guinea pig hamster wheel... focusing on remedy on individual issues, instead of repentance into the Living Will by the Testator that can make one an Adopted Son of Father/Creator in heaven.

... seeking God's Will, from His Deed of Trust... to discover how a Living Heir is made by God... to achieve the highest equitable priority (i.e. purchased by the blood of Christ) to overcome ALL purchasers for lawful consideration, over any property because the Creator owns it all... and only His Will governs its use and distribution.
