PRIME REPRESENTATIVE OF THE NILE VALLEY MOVEMENT…

EVERY GREAT MOVEMENT MUST HAVE TWO THINGS, A FOUNDER AND A PRIME REPRESENTATIVE; FOR THE NILE VALLEY MOVEMENT (*NVM), THESE TWO THINGS ARE EMBODIED IN THE ONE PERSON OF…

THE PRIME REPRESENTATIVE OF THE NILE VALLEY MOVEMENT…SHAKKA AHMOSEFROM OUT OF THE HOOD… A TRUE PHARAOH.

Few and rare are those who command a subject matter as if both the subject and the participant exist within an organic, symbiotic relationship between themselves; such is the reality between a self defined bibliophile/artist/visionary, and a movement into which he was born, a movement which itself, was in turn, born of him. Born between the assassinations of Malcolm X (1965) and Martin Luther King Jr (1968) into the midst of a chaos ridden racial, cultural and political upheaval, emerged something or someone, who was apparently sent, chosen, or both… Shakka Ahmose.
The product of fiercely proud African parentage (American), literally brought together by the intense, volatile race riots of 1950’s America, this attendee of various private and culturally based community learning institutions, a polymath culturally engineered to inspire a historical renaissance the likes of never before seen, who has reluctantly placed himself at the service of his people, all in the purified desire that he may awaken them from the collective slumber in which far too many… still remain.
Imbued with a keen respect for sacred literature from an early start we have here an extraordinary individual with insight into epochs long since passed, milieus that have left their impact on civilizations yet unborn, but yet remain rooted in the deepest heart of Classical Africa. What coalesced and found expression in the ancient Nile Valley, now walks, talks, sings, raps and births visually stunning performances that has found deep resonance with the masses of those persons of African descent who now number in the upper millions; those Africans and more, who respond readily to the sweet, cadence call of their Nile Valley forbearers. The mouthpiece of that timeless, sweet cadence call, is one named… Shakka Ahmose, the Founder & Prime Representative of the Nile Valley Movement (*NVM).

Quotes By Shakka-Ahmose:

A. “On behalf of those whom I seek to represent, may my path be unencumbered with busters and haters of all types”

B. “When this path chose me it was made clear to me that only one thing was required… that I love my people, in truth”

C. “And so the slave plantations of the United States coughed up a true and living Pharaoh, one descended from the

formerly enslaved therein; and such a thing should not have happened? You know these people… it was only a

matter of time before their Kushite nature reasserted itself”

D. “THE NILE VALLEY MOVEMENT WANTS… YOU!!!”

E. “Ask not what the Nile Valley Movement can do for you, but what is it that you can do… for the Nile Valley

     Movement”
